Refunds or Returns
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders. In the event of an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make sure your order is processed as quickly as possible. If you have any issues with a download, let us know right away so we can get your purchase to you right away.
Downloaded Patterns
When purchasing a pattern in .pdf form, your download should be available as soon as transaction is complete. If issues would arise, please contact our shop immediately so we can rectify any situation that may arise.
Coupons and Sales
Check your invoice after your sale is complete as we usually have a returning customer coupon code with sale.
If you would like to keep up with new patterns or special offers, join our email list that is on the checkout page. We will have a few sales and promotions each year.
Shipping
Printed patterns that are ordered will only be shipped within the United States and we offer free shipping on all orders. Patterns will be delivered by USPS. Please allow a 1-2 day processing time before your item is shipped. Shipping times may vary by area as we do not know how long the postal service takes to each area of the US. If you have not received your pattern within 10 days, let us know immediately.
